Forget the
upkeep.
We'll keep up.

Photograph an invoice or a safety certificate — KeepUp reads it, files it, schedules the next service or renewal, and keeps the proof. Nothing lapses, and you can always show it was done.

The trouble with upkeep

Doing the maintenance was never the hard part.
Remembering all of it is.

The heating service. The blocked gutter. The safety certificate that expires this month. The dishwasher receipt you’ll want the day the warranty claim comes — somewhere. Upkeep is a quiet tax on your attention. KeepUp pays it for you.

Who it's for

Whether it’s one place or twenty.

How it works

One photo. We do the rest.

Most upkeep arrives as paper — an invoice, a sticker on the back of an appliance, a contractor’s quote. Send us the photo. We turn it into a working record of the place and everything in it.

01

You take a photo

An invoice, a manual, the rating plate behind the appliance. A real photo, in real light, from an awkward angle. We’ve handled worse.

02

We read it

Make, model, serial, install date, cost, supplier — pulled out, sense-checked, and filed against the room it lives in.

03

We schedule it

Every appliance needs servicing on its own cycle: an annual check, a seasonal clean, a ten-year replacement. We draft the schedule with the right contractor already named. You approve it, or you don’t.

04

We keep the proof

Receipts, certificates and service records, all attached to the appliance — ready the moment a warranty claim or a buyer asks.

What KeepUp does for you

Things last longer when somebody’s paying attention.

A handful of habits that keep a place running for years instead of months — none of which you have to remember.

i.Asset register

Every appliance, where it actually lives.

Heating in the cupboard, the oven in the kitchen, the heat pump outside — or the espresso machine and walk-in fridge, if you run a café. Each with its make, model, serial, age and supplier, plus a photo of the install. Built up as you go, not in one long data-entry session.

ii.The schedule, set

A maintenance calendar that schedules itself.

We hold the manufacturers’ guidance and the regulatory cycles. Add an appliance and the right tasks appear — dated, assigned, with the right contractor named. You review what we proposed; you don’t write it from scratch.

The maintenance list on a phone: three overdue tasks led by a commercial gas safety check, and two due soon, each dated
iii.The vault

Proof, kept — for the warranty, the buyer, the insurer.

Every invoice you snap is filed against the appliance it belongs to. When the dishwasher fails in year four of a five-year warranty, the receipt is one tap away — and so is the last service record.

Why we built it

We were tired of being our home’s filing cabinet.

KeepUp started as a shoebox of receipts and a question we could never answer: when did we last service the heating? Somewhere in that box was a warranty we couldn’t claim because we couldn’t find the invoice, and a service record a buyer’s surveyor wanted on the one day we had no time to dig for it.

So we built the thing we actually wanted — snap the paperwork once, and let the home remember the rest: what you own, when it was last looked after, and where the proof lives. No spreadsheets, no nagging, no data-entry weekend. It just keeps up, quietly, whether you open it twice a day or twice a year.

Your data, always yours

Your records outlive us.

Home apps come and go — and when they go, your records usually go with them. We build KeepUp so that can never be you. Your history is portable from the day you start, on every plan, free ones included.

  • One-click export, anytime — every invoice and certificate, plus a CSV of every appliance, as a plain zip.
  • Open, standard formats. No lock-in, and no ransom to get your own history back.
  • Every extracted field links back to the photo it came from — anything can be checked against the source.
  • Stored and processed in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit — never sold, never used to train AI models.

Questions

Asked, answered.

Is this just a reminder app with extra steps?01

It’s a memory for the place you look after. Reminders are a small piece. The bigger work is recognising what you own, holding the proof of it, and proposing a schedule that fits the asset, the season, and the regulator — not a generic checklist.

Do I have to enter every appliance manually?02

No. The fastest path is a photo: an invoice, a manual, the rating plate. We do the rest. If you’d rather, you can also forward a confirmation email — same result.

What about things you can’t read from a photo?03

We ask, briefly, in plain language. If we can’t tell which appliance an invoice refers to, you’ll see one short prompt. No 30-field form.

Where do my documents live?04

Encrypted at rest, accessible only by you and people you explicitly add. You can export the entire vault as a zip — invoices, certificates and a CSV of every asset — at any time.

Does it work without you?05

Yes. KeepUp keeps doing its job whether you open the app twice a day or twice a year. Most people open it when something happens — a leak, a sale, a service call — and find it already prepared.

Where is my data stored?06

In the European Union — the database, file storage and servers run in Google Cloud’s Belgium region, documents are processed by Google’s EU AI endpoints, and email goes through Mailgun’s EU infrastructure. The full picture, including every subprocessor, is on our security page.

Who can see my documents?07

You, and only the people you explicitly invite to a property. We don’t browse your files, run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, sell nothing, and never use what you store to train AI models.

Closing thought

A place that’s kept up
rarely needs catching up.

Start with the next invoice that lands in your inbox. Snap it. Send it. Watch the rest take shape.
