KeepUp

For cafés & restaurants

Every machine in your kitchen, kept up

A café runs on a dozen machines, each with its own service cycle, warranty and paper trail — and the day the fryer dies mid-service is the day nobody can find the engineer’s number. KeepUp is the equipment log your kitchen actually keeps.

Kitchen reality

  • The extraction deep-clean, the gas safety check, the espresso machine service — different contractors, different cycles, all critical, none written down anywhere findable.

  • EHO visits and insurance claims both start with “show me the records” — and the records are a box of receipts above the office door.

  • Staff turn over; the knowledge of who fixed what, when, walks out with them.

i.

The equipment register, from photos

Photograph each machine’s rating plate — make, model, serial, logged in seconds. The whole kitchen catalogued in one quiet afternoon.

ii.

Service cycles that match reality

Commercial gas safety, extraction cleaning, machine servicing — each on its own clock, each with its contractor named, each reminded before it lapses.

iii.

Inspection-ready, always

Every service record and certificate filed against its machine. When the EHO, the insurer or the landlord asks, the answer is a tap, not an archaeology dig.

Common questions

Is this food-safety (HACCP) software?
No — KeepUp covers equipment, maintenance and the paperwork that proves it. Food-safety management is its own discipline with its own tools; the two sit comfortably side by side.
Can my manager and head chef use it too?
Yes — members can be added to a property with roles, so the people who deal with engineers can log and check work without going through you.
We have three sites — does it scale?
The Portfolio plan covers up to ten premises; each site keeps its own register, schedule and documents. Beyond that, talk to us about Estate.
