The clocks, briefly
The gas safety record runs every 12 months — with the useful quirk that renewing in the final two months keeps your original anniversary. The EICR runs at least every five years, and the EPC lasts ten (band E is the minimum to let). The full list, including the tenancy-triggered duties, lives in the compliance calendar.
